How it works
The service is currently open to Bank of Ireland business customers nationwide.
Businesses can avail of an exclusive consultation with an Enterprise Builder mentor. Depending on the size and type of the business, customers will be invited to either attend an Enterprise Builder Network event or offered the opportunity to avail of a one to one on-site meeting with a mentor.
Enterprise Builder Networks will be hosted throughout the country. Customers will have the opportunity to meet with industry experts at these events.
For one to one consultations, an expert mentor, with the appropriate match of experience to the business, will be appointed to arrange a 2-3 hour on-site visit with key stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities. Customers will be provided with a follow up summary report with insightful suggestions on ways to improve the business.
The Mentors
Mentors are drawn from a panel of over 70 professional advisers throughout the country who have experience in wide range of industries including retail, hospitality, IT, financial services, pharmaceuticals and engineering to name but a few. The business mentor will review your business, provide practical insights to overcoming challenges and advise you on how to achieve commercial goals.
After your initial consultation, you can then opt for additional mentoring and advisory services. By agreement with Bank of Ireland, additional services beyond the initial free consultation will be set at a capped per diem rate.
